History

Withers Thomas are the longest-established Property Agents in Ware. Set up in 1984 by Roger Withers (retired) and Alan Thomas (semi retired), in 2014 we celebrated our 30^th Anniversary. In March 2014, Adam Thomas was made a partner in the company and now runs the business day to day. We are a broad based general practise, dealing in all aspects of residential and commercial agency with related professional matters. The practise has always been heavily biased towards commercial property but has also always maintained a wide range of professional services. We carry out valuation inspections for many major lenders and a number of building societies. In addition, we value for private house builders for their relocation/part exchange programmes. We are also the instructed surveyors for Harlow Town Council for their 'Right-to-Buy' valuations.
